Dopefight - Specimen
Since we’re on the topic of dope and sludge, here’s what I intended to post before I found that Dopethrone track. Riffs. Heavy heavy riffs. The first time I heard these guys was when I saw them support Hang the Bastard in an almost empty venue. Saying I left that show impressed is an understatement. I was mind-blown. And here’s the thing - there’s only three of them. Yet they made it feel like you had an orchestra on stage ready to blow up the place with riffs. I’ll stop the pretentiousness, you start listening. HEAVY. RIFFS.
